All of our malt is regionally sourced. In most cases directly from our home state of Vermont.
Our lightest color base malt. Malted using locally grown 2-row Newdale barley. Light, clean, straw colored wort.

Because of the short shelf life of Smoked Malt we make this malt to order in 2000 pound batches. As a result we will need some lead time to provide the best tasting malt for your needs.
We malt a variety of grains. Below is a list of available grains.
Locally grown hard winter red wheat. Bready, wheat flour flavor, assists in mouthfeel and head retention.
Locally grown spring rye. Classic spicy, earthy flavor
